To test your problem-solving skills, you are given different situations in the theater that span in the nine (9) phases of the production. As a production manager/stage manager, find the best solution to resolve the problem that is arising.

1. Your set designer and the technical director are about to have a fist fight because of work tensions during tech week.

2. Your actor has been late for 30 minutes and hasn’t been answering their phone and the scene that will be taken next involves him.

3. Your director has been delaying making crucial decisions about the play affecting the designs and the choices that the actors should make.

4. Your props master has been delayed with the procurement of the props and your show is opening in two weeks.

5. Your director and your assistant stage manager are having a verbal altercation at the comm set because some cues are not being done well, as per the director. But the stage manager only did what she was instructed to do.
